Military bracelets.

All proceeds will be used to create care packages for our troops.

Each bracelet is a $2 minimum but money and item donations are greatly appreciated, as I will be buying what I can with the money I raise, as well as my own.

You will receive your bracelet within a few days of payment.
If you’d like to include a letter or card to a soldier with your payment, I know they will be greatly appreciated.*
I will take pictures of the care packages as I make them and you will be able to see the progress as they are being made.

*I cannot promise a response to any letter sent, because, as was explained to me, soldiers serving overseas do not always have proper means to write back to letters sent, but I was promised that they WILL receive the letters and read each one.

Thanks guys!

Cellphones for Soldiers

viakaireextop:

I’m not one to ask for promotions, but this is also relevant for many military loved ones. I entered a contest to create an ad for the organization Cellphones for Soldiers. This organization allows people to donate their old cellphones (working or not), where they are recycled and the money is used to donate calling cards to deployed personnel overseas. Also, if you go to the site, you can request to send a card to a specific individual as long as you have their address (can be helpful for those going through a deployment!). I’m asking if you guys can not only take a look at the organization, but also take a minute to click on my submission (in the link). I get the points for the number of views my ad gets. It also helps if you guys can rate it and leave a quick comment as well. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help! :)

FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN SOTA:

The main reason I’m bringing back SOTA is to fly out to Missouri (where my boyfriend will be for MOS school) for his birthday. The whole trip would be about $700 for one weekend but you have no idea how determined I am to save up (i have about 6-7 weeks). But I’m a full time student and my hours suck at work, so I need all the help I can get. So spread the word :D
